In the Official Journal of the European Union n. 169 of 25 June us the new Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1020 was published on market surveillance and product compliance.
The Regulation applies to all industrial products subject to the EU internal market legislation and modifies - or suppresses - specific articles:
of Regulation (EC) n. 765 / 2008 'Accreditation and market surveillance regarding the marketing of products',
The annual meeting organized by ISPRA with the associations of machine and equipment manufacturers and with Notified Bodies on the 'Surveillance on the market of machines and equipment for outdoor use (pursuant to art. 4 Legislative Decree 262 / 2002) '.
During the meeting the point was made:
on the activities carried out by ISPRA during the 2018;
on the use and updating of the MARA database;
The European Commission has published on its website the new guidelines for the 2014 / 68 / UE PED Directive and the new guidelines for the 2016 / 29 / UE SPVD Directive. The new documents were approved at the 13 September Working Group Pressure (WGP) meeting.

November 27 was published the Inception Impact Assessment (which you can find attached) for the possible revision of the 2000 / 14 / CE Directive on the environmental noise emission of outdoor machines and equipment.
The aim of the document is to inform citizens and stakeholders about the programs of the European Commission in order to have first feedback on the project and effectively participate in future consultation activities.

For the purposes of Community law, the pumps for liquids of any type, are considered machines and as such are subject to the requirements of Directive 2006 / 42 / CE.
The electric pumps (and especially those intended to use in domestic or similar environments), are also to be considered as electrical devices intended to be used at low voltages, and therefore subject to the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2014 / 35 / EU.
