The European Chemical Agency ECHA updated, on 16 July, the Candidate List, a list of candidate substances for inclusion in Annex XIV (Authorization) of the REACH Regulation.
Currently the Candidate List contains substances 201.

Compared to the previous edition of the list, the following four substances have been added:

In the Official Journal of the European Union n. 169 of 25 June us the new Regulation (EU) 2019 / 1020 was published on market surveillance and product compliance.
The Regulation applies to all industrial products subject to the EU internal market legislation and modifies - or suppresses - specific articles:

On 19 June ARERA approved the strategic framework for the three-year 2019-2021, a document with which the Authority indicates the priorities and objectives of its action over the next three years and which provides for an annual report of the activity actually carried out and the reasons for any deviations .
The main objectives of the document include:

The latest list of standards harmonized to the 2006 / 42 / CE Machinery Directive was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 19 March (GUUE L75 / 108) as a decision (EU) 2019 / 436. The references of the harmonized standards have been published in the L series of the Official Journal (which identifies a legislative document), rather than in the C series as happened in the past (meaning a non-binding communication). In relation to this change, the lists of harmonized standards will be published and withdrawn by the OJEU by Commission decisions.
