Last April 12, the update of the Consolidated Law on Occupational Health and Safety was published. In this version:
the Interministerial Decree 22 January 2019 was inserted - Identification of the procedures for revising, integrating and affixing road signs for work activities that take place in the presence of vehicular traffic;
the external connection to the tables of the tariffs adopted for the periodic verification of work equipment was updated (Annex VII)
On the institutional website of the Ministry of Labor, in the legal advertising section, the interministerial decree 27 February 2019 was published, which contains the new tariffs for insurance against accidents and occupational diseases.
The decree, in implementation of the finance law for the 2014 and the one for the 2019, updates the tariffs in consideration of the most recent accident trend and the new services insured by INAIL.

Annex III of the 2011 / 65 / EU RoHS Directive defines the list of applications exempted from the restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). Annex IV is, however, specific for medical devices and monitoring and control instruments.
The verification of these exemptions and their temporal validity is essential for the correct application of the Directive; for this purpose the Commission periodically updates a summary table with the status of all the exemptions defined by the annexes.
During the REACH Committee meeting on 14 and 15 February days, the European Commission officially approved the requests of the CTACsub Committee for authorization to use hexavalent chromium for certain uses.

The MiSE - Ministry of Economic Development - published the third series of FAQs "CLARIFICATIONS IN THE FIELD OF ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN BUILDING"Concerning the application of the Ministerial Decrees of the 26 2015 (implementation of the 90 / 2013 Act, which in turn incorporates the European directive 2010 / 31 / CE on energy performance in buildings).
In particular the 3.19 FAQ goes to fill the gap in the formula in the 1 Annex of Legislative Decree 28 / 2011, which unfairly discriminated the technology of gas conditioning.
