The European Commission has opened the 23 January the public consultation on the evaluation and possible revision of the 2000 / 14 / CE Directive on the environmental acoustic emission of the machines and equipment intended to work outdoors
An evaluation of the effectiveness of the current legislation in this field has been started for some time and now the possibility of drawing up a legislative proposal to revise the Directive is being considered.
