The competent Directorate General of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies, in agreement with the competent Directorates General of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economic Development, issued, last May 22, the Directorial Decree n. 51 with which the 18 ° list of authorized parties for carrying out periodic checks of work equipment (pursuant to Article 71, paragraph 11, of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, No. 81 and subsequent amendments).
On the Official Journal of the European Union n. 155 (4 May 2018) the Regulation (EU) 2018 / 669 'has been published modifying, for the purpose of the adaptation to the technical and scientific progress, of the Regulation (CE) n. 1272 / 2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures. '
The Regulation has in this case introduced amendments to Annex VI 'Harmonized classification and labeling of certain dangerous substances'.

With the Directorial Decree n. 3 of 16 January 2018, has been adopted the sixteenth list of authorized subjects for the carrying out of the periodic checks of the work equipment according to the article 71, paragraph 11, of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, n. 81 and subsequent modifications.
