Field of application
The burners are components of a combustion plant. The classification of the burners is not unique, and there are indeed many classification criteria, such as the potential, the structure, the type of fuel used, which can be solid (coal, pulverized if necessary), liquid (oil, gas oil, kerosene, etc.) or gaseous ( methane, LPG, etc.). From the structural point of view there are in general 2 burner types:
• Burner air intake or air pollution or premix;
• Forced draft burners.
In the first air is drawn in a natural way from the fuel thanks to a duct that has a narrowing of the section at the point where the fuel is injected.
The blown air burners have an entry of air forced type, thanks to a fan placed upstream of the burner itself. They are used in all industrial applications (steam generators, hot air generators, industrial ovens) and some civilians (home heating).
From the constructive point of view can be single-stage or two-stage. All versions can be used in boilers and cast iron and steel, and all have low emissions and are within the limits set by European legislation.
The power range is able to satisfy all the needs of the system.
