During the 2019 the exploratory phase will begin and Total, which acts as operator of the consortium formed together with ENI and Novatek, has already started the selection of suppliers for the servicing activities, such as the construction of a logistic and storage base in the port of Beirut and the provision of naval and marine support services.
The Lebanese government has confirmed that the procedures for launching the second licensing round for the assignment of additional 2019 blocks will begin in 4.
