Among the most represented countries: Europe, China, USA, Russia and the Middle East, as well as Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, Polynesia and other African countries (Botswana, Burundi, Eritrea, Rwanda and Zimbabwe).

Assofoodtec, Representative of Slicer Constructors, Meat Grinders and Conifers - Manufacturer Refrigerators / Refrigeration Equipment - UCIMAC Manufacturers of Espresso Coffee Machines and Bar Equipment - UCMA Manufacturers of Food Processing Machinery - Bakery ovens, machines and plants, biscuits , pastry and pizza - Washing Equipment Manufacturers - Vending-Confiden Technologists, took part in the Food-Technology Lounge with ANIMA Federation and Aqua Italia, Fiac and Uida Associations, together with Efcem Italia and in collaboration with Eurovent Association, ICIM and ICE.

A great success i workshop ed events in the area of ​​Food Technology: from vending technologies to the Horeca sector in terms of safety, hygiene and energy consumption for Europe and USA, from legislation to certification of materials in contact with food.
