The IxI Prize intends to give official recognition to Italian companies that want to emerge and strengthen their competitive capabilities by leveraging the level of innovation achieved, not limited only to products and processes but which enhance the organization and culture of the company.
The IxI Award of Confindustria is made in collaboration with The Giuseppina Mai Foundation, Confindustria Bergamo with the support of BNP Paribas e Warrant Group, and with technical support of the Italian Quality Award Association - APQI.

The goal is to give recognition to the best companies able to maintain and increase their competitive advantage through innovation at 360 degrees and offer the opportunity to carry out an in-depth check-up on the business innovation process.
The model adopted refers to the EFQM innovation framework - the European Foundation for Quality Management, a proven and internationally recognized model of excellence not only for assessing the "state" of an organization in relation to the areas of Quality and Innovation, but to increase business culture.
CONFINDUSTRIA PARTICIPATES IN THE AWARDS AWARD
Confindustria with the IxI Award takes part for the Industry and Services category at the National Award for Innovation, which will be awarded to the first 9 companies winning the IxI prize (6 for the small and medium-sized businesses, 3 for the large enterprises category).
The National Award for Innovation - "Prize of the Prizes" - is an initiative of the Italian Government promoted with the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 7 April 2008 which has foreseen the National Innovation Day. The Award is established by grant of the President of the Italian Republic, at the COTEC National Foundation for Technological Innovation. The aim of the Award is to enhance and support the best innovative and creative skills of companies, universities, public administrations, institutions or individual designers, also in order to foster the growth of the culture of innovation in the country. The awards ceremony traditionally held at the Quirinale in the presence of the President of the Republic.
