The MiSE has published on its website, on 10 March, the conductor circular no. 22504, with further clarifications for the disbursement of contributions for investments in digital technologies and in systems for tracking and weighing waste through the "Nuova Sabatini 4.0" tool.
The circular finally clarifies what are the tangible and intangible assets acquired under the incentive: now the two lists coincide exactly with the lists of goods to which it applies the iperammortamento.

Recall that, by the 2017 Budget Law, the New Sabatini was extended for two years, with the following characteristics:
• extension for the granting of loans to banks and financial intermediaries is valid until December 31 2018;
• the measure was refinanced for a total 560 million euro;
• defining a reserve, equal to 20% of the new budget, which aims to secure financing for the purchase by micro, small and medium enterprises of plant, machinery and equipment aimed at making investments in digital technologies and systems tracking and weighing of waste;
• was introduced a surcharge, for investments referred to in the preceding paragraph, the contribution of 30% over 2,75% expected by the inter-ministerial decree in January 25 2016 for ordinary investments.
