Confindustria Is working with the Civic Consulting company in Berlin commissioned by the EU Commission (DG Trade) to carry out an analysis of the implementation of the EU - Korea Free Trade Agreement.
This assessment is intended to provide policy makers and other stakeholders at EU and Member State level with a better understanding of the effectiveness and efficiency of the Agreement in terms of achieving the objectives it pursues. The study also aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the FTA on sustainable development in its economic, social and environmental dimensions as well as on human rights.
Confindustria has been identified as a reference for Italy to provide information on the use of the Agreement By our companies and, in particular, to report any problems encountered at operational level (customs procedures, rules of origin, authorized exporter status, direct shipping and duty draw back clauses).
In order to be able to provide timely indications on the Italian side, companies in the Confederate system - operating in the Korean market - are required to complete the short questionnaire attached.
