Just over a year after the CETA came into force, Confindustria organizes, together with the International Chamber of Commerce, the Italy-Canada Study Center and Nctm Studio Legale, the meeting "CANADA-UE, an evolving business partnership" that will be held in Rome - at the headquarters of Confindustria - the 21 next November.
The initiative, to which the program is attached, aims to analyze the evolution of trade and economic relations between the EU and Canada, highlighting the effects for our country, in light of the entry into force of the Agreement Free exchange that has undoubtedly strengthened the opportunities for partnership between the two areas.
Many of our companies are already operating under the Agreement but to be able to take full advantage of it, it is necessary to know the more technical aspects of the Canadian market including those related to the financial sphere, product certification legislation, customs procedures, resolution of disputes.
These will be the themes we will discuss during the meeting with the help of lawyers and experts from the Canadian market, in order to then go into some sectorial aspects in specific panels dedicated toagri-food, public procurement and pharmaceutical-medical.
