Il 25 October next will start in Bologna - at the headquarters of Confindustria Emilia - il "Zero Duty" Project, organized by Confindustria, Ice-Agency and Customs and Monopolies Agency.
The project (circular enclosed) aims to provide technical-specialist training on the classification and origin of goods as well as on the use of preferential arrangements provided for in agreements concluded and currently being negotiated by the EU with third countries. The general objective of the project is the increase in the rate of use - by our companies - of the preferential regimes and of the technical and legal tools made available by the legislation. The specific objectives aim at disseminating knowledge on the correct customs classification and on the rules whose application allows to attribute the non-preferential origin and the preferential character to the goods.
The addressees of the initiative are the productive and commercial enterprises with an export vocation and the project foresees the development of 15 / 20 initial training days in as many confederal associations, both territorial and sector. The average target in terms of participants of about 20 unit / seminar.
Each module - lasting one day - will include a theoretical session in the morning and practice in the afternoon.
The first three Workshops will be held according to the following schedule:

The subsequent appointments will take place throughout the 2019, based on the calendar that will be made available in the coming weeks.
