The 13 November 2019 (h. 9: 30-13: 00) is scheduled in Milan a workshop organized by ANIMA in collaboration with the partner Sicuritalia. The objective is to raise awareness among companies operating abroad on need for protection of human capital and on company responsibility in the case of transfers.
The regulatory reference framework will be given visibility and the activities necessary to protect both the company, at a legal and formal level, and at the operational level, the workers abroad, travelers or expats will be presented.

1. The international situation
Knowing the contexts, always changing, where we will operate and having precise indications on "day-by-day" is essential to increase awareness of possible risks and related threats related to local customs and habits, to particular crime-prone areas.
2. The reference regulations
Decrees 81 and 231, art.2087cc and 2097cc: differences between international standards and binding legislation; employer's obligations; employee training, information and monitoring; civil, criminal and administrative responsibilities. Integration of the DVR (Risk Assessment Document) and dynamic risk mapping. Notes on A1 Form for posted workers.

3. Travel Risk Management

Preventive assessment of the specific risk of travel, preparation of any accompanying operational services and any advanced training. Development of security plans, evacuation plans and exfiltration. Best practice.

4. Emergency management
Application of the foreseen procedures, real-time evaluation of the best criticality solution, indication to the employee of the behavior modalities, with possible support of local Partners.
