On 3 June, the 2022 General Assembly of EWA - European Welding Association - the European Federation of Welding, Joining and Cutting Companies, was held in Frankfurt, Germany, and was attended by Anasta. At the congress, Miguel Ángel Sisamón Barranco of Lincoln Electric was appointed as new vice-president.
Following this appointment, the association's steering committee now consists of president Emil Schubert (Abicor-Binzel) and three vice-presidents: Luca Manzini (ANASTA), Harald Scherleitner (Fronius) and Miguel Ángel Sisamón Barranco.
The assembly warmly thanked Deger Elove (Magma) for his contribution as vice-president over the past four years.
