Assofoodtec collaborates with Anima in the production of the six-monthly and quarterly report on the trend in Food Processing Technology and Equipment, thus offering members, media, organisations and institutions statistical data on the entire sector and individual product areas.

 

Added to this are specific sector studies aimed at understanding market dynamics. An observatory that translates into a useful operational tool for companies and their orientation on international markets.
