On 27 November, in hybrid mode, Silvia Pinti of Pinti Inox SpA was appointed president of the association Fiac, the federated association Anima Confindustria that represents the Italian manufacturers of household articles, table and other (cutlery, cutlery, cookware, metal tableware).
Silvia Pinti, born on 29 December 1975 and resident in Sarezzo (BS), graduated in Sociology with a specialization in Economic and Labor Sociology at the Sapienza University of Rome. In 2001 he started his professional career at Pinti Inox S.p.A., initially working in the personnel office, where he studied the administrative, social security and tax aspects of the employment relationship, Thus enriching the management knowledge acquired during university studies. In a short time, she became responsible for human resources, dealing with contractual management, organizational and trade union relations, also contributing to an important process of company restructuring.
During his career he implemented innovative systems for the evaluation and valorization of company competences, introducing new training methods for staff. At the same time, she has established collaborations with Italian and European universities and colleges, participating as an academic lecturer in some seminars and supporting several testers, creating structured links between the world of education and business.
Since 2009 he has been a co-owner and member of the board of directors of Pinti Inox S.p.A. and his responsibilities extend to various strategic areas, including customs compliance, working in close synergy with the partners. Since 2018 he has been a member of the Territorial Committee of Confindustria Valtrompia Lumezzane, where he has contributed to the activation of important projects for the territory, With particular attention to the orientation of young people and the development of collaborative initiatives between schools and companies, fostering a constant dialogue between training and the world of work.
