Fondata nel 1968, è entrata nel business della produzione di elettrodomestici dal 1980 al quale è seguita la registrazione del brand “Midea” nel 1981. Ad oggi, il Gruppo Midea rappresenta un organico di 130.000 dipendenti e 20 impianti produttivi localizzati geograficamente in 6 diverse nazioni. Uno dei principali asset del gruppo sono le 60 filiali locali, che convogliano il business in oltre 200 mercati nazionali.

At present, Midea Group has 130, 000 employees and owns a dozen brands including Midea, Little Swan and GMCC. With 20 domestic production bases, it has established manufacturing bases and joint ventures production bases in 6 countries.
