La OMCA PLANTS srl, nata nel 1960, è un’azienda specializzata nella progettazione e costruzione di impianti chimici, farmaceutici, alimentari e nella costruzione di apparecchiature a pressione, serbatoi, scambiatori di calore, reattori, colonne, agitatori, filtri essiccatori a pressione, essiccatori sottovuoto, mescolatori polveri, esauritori, filtri a piatti ed a manica, impianti package, realizzati secondo normative e procedimenti di saldatura nazionali ed internazionali.
Grazie all’esperienza ed all’alta professionalità del personale si è potuto raggiungere, non solo l’obiettivo di qualità, ma anche la rapida ed economica risposta alle esigenze tecnologiche dei clienti.
I tipi di materiali utilizzati oltre agli acciai inossidabili serie 300 e 400 sono Duplex, leghe di Monel-Nickel-Inconel e leghe di Incoloy e Hastelloy dei quali esistono tutti i procedimenti di saldatura e qualifiche dei saldatori costantemente rinnovati.
Le finiture de nostri prodotti sono decise con i clienti sulla base delle loro necessità, oltre al semplice decapaggio e passivazione, la nostra società realizza finiture meccaniche di satinatura e lucidatura, inoltre con l’aiuto di aziende specializzate, si realizzano anche elettrolucidature soprattutto quando si è in presenza di macchine per prodotti sterili.
L’Ufficio Tecnico della OMCA PLANTS srl elabora progetti e sviluppa disegni di impianti ed apparecchiature sulla base di specifiche richieste ed in accordo alle varie normative vigenti tipo API-ASME-PED-CE.
I reparti produttivi sono attrezzati per tutte le varie lavorazioni meccaniche di tornitura, fresatura, foratura oltre che a quelle di taglio, calandratura, piegatura, saldatura manuale, semiautomatica e ad arco sommerso.

The Technical Department of OMCA srl PLANTS develop draft designs and develops systems and equipment on the basis of specific requests and in accordance with various regulations ASME-PED-CE.
The production departments are equipped for all the various mechanical turning, milling, drilling as well as the cutting, rolling, bending, welding manual, semi-automatic submerged arc.
