Since 1991 Assoclima has been producing an annual survey on the market for "components for air conditioning systems" in Italy and abroad. The survey involves around 60 companies.

Recently, the annual survey has been joined by a quarterly statistical survey with the intention of quickly monitoring seasonal sales trends.

The product classes surveyed are:

  • room air conditioners (cooling and heat pump)
  • packaged and roof top air conditioners
  • self-contained air conditioners with precision regulation
  • chiller units with air and water condensation
  • air handling units
  • terminal units
  • unit heaters
