AVR, representing and protecting the associated companies, carries out its activity in various fields, from the technical-regulatory field to the marketing-fair to internationalization.
AVR carries out proselytizing activities as an increase in the membership base will increasingly improve its representativeness and specific weight towards the institutions.
AVR, starting from 2023, thanks to the support of its partner ANIMA Easyfrontier, has directly committed itself to monitoring and resolving the critical issues resulting from the subsequent packages of economic sanctions imposed by the EU against Russia, also intervening actively at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to ensure that some types of valves were not included in dual use.
The Association has significantly expanded its membership base in recent years, reaching 70 members at the end of 2023.
An ever-increasing representation is also an indicator of the contractual weight of the Association towards the Institutions, with which it can assert its requests in favor of the members.
EXHIBITIONS 2025
- KBIS (Las Vegas, 25-27 February) - International exhibition of sanitary taps promoted by NKBA, the American association of the sector which has signed a partnership with AVR, which will attend the fair
- ISH (Frankfurt, 17-21 March) – International reference fair for the plumbing and heating sector: presence of many members and potential members of the sector
- HEAT PUMP TECHNOLOGIES (Rho Fiera Milano, 2-3 April) - makes use of a network of national and international key partners with the common objective of networking and disseminating knowledge to all operators in the sector. The main trade associations (including AVR, ASSOCLIMA and ASSOTERMICA) will make their contribution with vertical sessions
- SALONE DEL MOBILE (Rho Fiera Milano, 8-13 April): international furniture fair, which includes designer sanitary taps
- CERSAIE (Bologna, 23-27 September) - Annual ceramic and sanitaryware fair, where many companies of the Sanitary Taps Group exhibit. An AVR representative stand is being evaluated.
- ACCADUEO (Bologna, 7-10 October) – Reference fair for the water sector supply chain
